My spiritual path unfolds alongside other human beings, met in books or in real life.
For a long time I was mainly involved in Buddhism and I've lived in Kundröl Ling (Auvergne, France) for one and a half years (2004-2005) - center for Tibetan Buddhism, Karma Kagyu lineage.
In June 2014, I have graduated in French literature (M.A., Lettres Modernes) with a paper on "Spirituality in the oriental travelogues of André Chevrillon - 1891-1927" (click here to download, in French). This work has allowed me to research the possibly fruitful interaction between literature and spirituality.
On this path of (self) discovery, I have also encountered therapy. First to heal my own wounds, then in learning tools to help heal others. In this aspect, working with Dr Laskow was very precious; I learned that love and acceptance are needed to heal, that mind and body are part of one system, that imagination is very powerful. I also discovered psychological astrogy and started practising it in 2013. I am now studying Human Design and including it more and more in my astrology counselling.
Since 2005, I've been translating Dr. Tilmann Borghardt, teacher of Tibetan Buddhism in Germany, both in his meditation seminars and his trainings in Essential Psychotherapy. I am also a qualified therapist in Essential Psychotherapy and practise it together with astrology and Human Design, as a path of self-discovery, self-acceptance and self-love.
