My spiritual path and therapy practice were influenced by many different encounters and experiences. 

I was born in Carcassonne (South of France) in 1979 in an artisan family, my parents being upholsterers. After I finished highschool, I went to Ireland as an au pair then studied English, German and French as a foreign language in Toulouse, Montpellier and in Germany. After that, I had several jobs, mostly teaching. 

The quest for wisdom has been decisive for me since childhood. After many years of self study and different encounters, I finally "settled" in Tibetan Buddhism and lived for 18 months in Kundreul Ling (Auvergne, France), a center of the Karma Kagyu lineage. That was in 2004-2005 and is to this day one of the best times of my life. 

I then lived in China and Switzerland and worked there as a French teacher. I also started to work as a translator for English and German, which went on from 2009 to 2019, mostly corporate (emergency medicine, furnitures/bedding, industry, cosmetics, etc.) but also for spiritual teachers. 

Between 2010 and 2015, I was the translator of Dr. Leonard Laskow, an american doctor who created the Holoenergetics® healing method and also wrote the books Healing with Love and For Giving Love. In this video you can hear me translating him (starts at minute 1'30) during the 2012 Quantic Planet Congress in Reims, France. 

In 2014 I graduated from a French literature master's degree with a thesis on "Spirituality in André Chevrillon's travel diaries to Asia - 1891-1927". Writing this was for me the first step in exploring the relationship, and possible mutual enrichment, of literature and spirituality. 

During my time in Kundreul Ling, I started working with Tilmann Borghardt (Lama Lhundrup). I translated several of his books from German into French as well as being an interpreter for his courses at Ekayana Institute in the Black Forest, Southern Germany and for the training in Essential Psychotherapy  (Buddhism-based therapy) in Strasburg, for which I also translated the book, to be published in French in 2021.

During all this time, therapy has crossed my path in several forms. Learning with Dr. Laskow was a real blessing in this aspect (on the necessity of love and acceptance to heal, the power of mind and visualisations, integrating the body, etc.), as well as studying psychological astrology with Victoria Vicente and Victoria Lee. 2017-2018 I translated and took part in the first French training in Essential Psychotherapy and in 2017, Human Design entered my life as a wonderful self-knowledge tool (self-study and training with Maryse Ménec started in 2020). 

All these experiences coming together give me a broad view on psychotherapy and allow me to do what I love most: walking side by side with women and men who want to live a peaceful and meaningful life.
